Who are we?
My name is Gabriel Crespo. I'm a photographer and FAA-certified Part 107 remote pilot.
Since 2018, I've been taking photographs, both professionally and as a hobbyist, steadily growing my skill set. Today I focus it on Puerto Rico real estate: photography with a mirrorless camera and aerial shots with a drone, with the same standard on every property.
I started Puerta Digital because I kept seeing valuable properties overlooked, not for lack of quality, but because they weren't being seen. My job is to change that, with visual storytelling that connects Puerto Rico's best spaces with the people ready to make them thrive.

One standard, on every property.
What a shoot includes
Every property gets the same package: at least 20 edited photos combining ground and aerial coverage. Interiors and exteriors are shot on a mirrorless camera; the aerials are flown with a drone under an FAA Part 107 certificate. I don't quote the aerials separately or treat them as an add-on, because a Puerto Rico property almost always reads better once you can see the lot, the pool and the surroundings from above.
Pricing and coverage
The price is $150 per property, published and flat, whatever the size. Most providers quote on request only and scale by square footage; I would rather you know the number before you call me. The only thing added is the travel fee, which is quoted by municipality and confirmed in writing before you book. I serve all of Puerto Rico and work in Spanish or English, which helps when the agent is local and the buyer is off-island.
Delivery and weather
Edited files reach your inbox within 48 hours of the shoot, MLS-ready, colour corrected with blue-sky replacement, and licensed for marketing use. If the weather doesn't allow flying or shooting safely, we reschedule at no cost: I would rather repeat a shoot than hand over photos that misrepresent the property.
How we start
We start with a 30-minute call, free and with no strings attached. We talk through the property, what it needs and when it is best photographed, and I confirm everything in writing afterwards. Photography is live today; walkthrough video, 3D virtual tours, floor plans and twilight photography are on the way, so if one of those matters to you, ask about early access.
