You receive all files within 48 hours, whether you order the MLS-Ready Package or the Social Media Package.
Do the drone shots cost extra?
No. Drone photography is included within the 25-image deliverable for every photography service.
Is pricing different for an Airbnb or a lot?
No. The price is the same for a lot, a house, or an Airbnb. If a multi-unit property sells as one listing, it is billed as one property. If the units are handled as separate listings, they are quoted separately.
How does travel work?
The order form calculates the travel fee automatically from my base in Juncos. To see the cost for a property, open the order form and enter its address.
Do you shoot walkthrough video inside the house?
The Social Media Package includes drone-only aerial video of the property. If you need a more comprehensive interior walkthrough, contact me to discuss what you need and what I can provide.
Do you offer a 3D virtual tour?
Yes, from $125 with the 2D floor plan included. It is currently an add-on to the MLS-Ready Package or Social Media Package.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay in full upon delivery by ATH Móvil or Stripe. Files are released at full resolution and without a watermark once paid.
